I bought 60 capsules which arrived on Saturday morning (27 June 2009). Started taking them right away - one in the morning and one around tea time (5pm-ish) as there were no instructions on when to take them, or if this should be before or with or after food, so I opted for taking them as I woke up, and then one before my evening meal. I actually find myself not even thinking about food, and havent felt hungry. Ive been reading various testimonials online about these tablets and other Acai products and even though I intended to leave it for a week before weighing myself, I couldnt resist just hopping on the scales to see if Id actually lost anything after reading all these apparently far fetched stories. I admit that the more I read, the more sceptical I was becoming and started thinking Id probably thrown my money away on a useless product. OMG. I had to weigh myself 3 times just incase I wasnt reading it correctly. Ive lost 6 lbs since Saturday, and it's only Monday 29 June so Ive only been taking the tablets for 3 days. Im not crash dieting and am eating sensibly and exercising and drinking plenty of water, and havent done anything different to my routine. So the only explanation is the tablets. I cant believe it.
