- Your body is bound to change after having kids and unfortunately there is little you can do about it, especially if you don't have time for exercise
(which I imagine could be hard with 3 kids!). Best advice I could give you is to put more effort into planning your diet and try to avoid eating the
same meals as your kids. Their needs are very different to yours and it's easy to put on weight when you eat as many fish fingers as an average 6-year-old.
Try to reduce the amount of carbohydrates (potatoes, pasta, rice etc.) you eat as they are stored as fat if you don't burn them through exercise.
Some diet pills can help you achieve your goals, Capsi Extreme is worth recommending as it could increase the speed with which you burn calories.
what is the best way of getting rid of bingo wings?
|

- The best way to combat bingo wings is muscle training focusing on triceps exercises, for example single arm row, narrow pushups, chin ups (advanced only) or dips. If you have little time for training, go for short but very intensive bursts of effort. This way you will burn your body fat quickly and get a nice, defined contour of your arms.

- Drinking water is good for you. Hot or cold - to be honest with you it doesn't matter that much. Just be careful as cold water may be harmful for your throat if you drink a few litres a day and that is the recommended amount if you are trying to burn body fat. If you are active and careful with your diet, you should drink at least 3 litres a day. Room temperature is the best.
- It depends on your goals. Ideally you should try to go 5-6 times a week (3x weight training in circuit format, 2-3x intensive cardio) but I understand that it might be very difficult. If you can fit in training 3 times a week, it's a great result too. Exercise for 45 minutes - go for circuit training if you don't have much time to rest. Go straight from one exercise to another (pick different muscle group for example from squats to chest press) - it will help to keep your heart rate up and burn fat more effectively. On your day off from the gym go for a short run: even if all you can manage is 15-20 minutes, that's very good for your health. Try to spend your time actively: before Sunday roast, take your friends to the swimming pool. Food will taste much better!
Should I eat dairy products? Are they good for me?

- This is a tricky question. Everything is good in moderation. It's fine to have a sip of milk with your tea of coffee, or a slice of haloumi or mozzarella twice a week but I wouldn't have much more. The simple reason? Dairy products as well as fat, are high in sugar which increases insulin levels in your blood. This hormone makes you feel tired and it stops the fat burning processes in your body.
What's the best way to get rid of a muffin top?

Intensive training and low carb diet. Training: circuit with muscle training so exercises like squats, deadlifts, chest press, press ups and intensive cardio like interval training on a treadmill (for example 45 seconds of really hard work followed by 2 minutes of rest - repeat for 15 minutes). Diet: fat is stored in different parts of our body for different reasons. Muffin top is a carb problem. Quit pasta, bread, chips and sweets, swap fruits for veggies - you will see how quickly your muffin top melts!
