1. The Speedbox Pedometer is attached to your shoelaces while you work out to track your speed, target speed and the distance you have covered. This data is then automatically transferred to your watch, through a wireless network. The Speedbox Pedometer is extremely durable, and is waterproof so even if it’s raining you don’t have to miss a workout!
2. The Glass Diagnostic Scale clearly displays on its LCD screen your weight, body fat percentage, body water, muscle percentage, basic metabolic rate as well as your active metabolic rate when you step on its sturdy platform. After this, the Scale complies your data to create a trend analysis which is then displayed in an easy understand graph. The Scale transmits the readings of your weight and body fat to your Pulse Watch, which allows you to transfer your information to your PC so that you can keep a permanent record of your progress.
3. The Pulse Watch uses digital signals to measure and track your EEG heart rate throughout your work out; it does this by recording your average heart rate and the maximum heart rate your body reaches while you exercise. This helps you to see when you need to push your body harder and when you need to slow down.
After your workouts, you can connect the pulse watch to your PC using the USB cable and transfer all the data the System has collected during and after your work out. You can then use the software provided to analyse and record this data. Using these figures for reference, the software allows you to plan more effective workouts for the future.
