How do I use the Body Boutique body wraps?

• Gently stir in the clay and leave to soak for 30 minutes
• Make sure that the bandages are warm and wring out any excess water
• Then wrap the bandages around the desired area, making sure your skin can breath
• Cover the wraps with a towel to maintain warmth and relax for an hour
• Finally, unwrap the bandages and massage in any excess clay
