Delivery Information

We have various delivery options that we provide to our customers to ensure that all of our orders are delivered in the quickest and most efficient manner. Depending on how urgently you require your order, we will have a solution to fit your needs.

UPS Priority Next Day Delivery

Our next day UK delivery service with UPS is available on all orders placed with us before 4pm (Monday – Friday). Customers selecting this delivery option should expect their order to be delivered the next working day.

International Delivery

Our international delivery service is broken up into Europe and North America. All European orders placed with us before 4pm (Monday – Friday) should expect delivery the next day. Sometimes, depending on your address there may be a delay in your delivery time, as more remote areas do to take longer to deliver. Please note that orders being sent to Ireland must use our international delivery service.

If you have placed an order with us from North America please allow for 3-7 working days for delivery.

Will my order be discreet?

All orders are sent in our UPS packaging, and there is no indication of what is inside the parcel or who sent the parcel to you. If you are unavailable to receive your parcel you can feel confident with leaving it with a neighbour or convenient location due to the nature of the discreet packaging.

A returns address will be placed on the parcel however it will be as Comfort Click Ltd, and there will be not mention of WeightWorld as the sender of your parcel. Also, to make sure that everything you do is kept discreet, your credit or debit card statement will show a charge to Comfort Click Ltd.

How we deliver:

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. We use UPS Courier Service as its preferred carrier. Their global reputation allows us to provide you with Next Day Delivery, parcel tracking, delivery attempts made on three consecutive working days, and complete discretion.

During Bank Holidays and other special occasions this may take a little longer, but feel free to contact us to see how much longer this may be.

What if I am out when my order arrives?

If you're out when the courier calls, your courier will leave a card telling you that they tried to deliver, with a number you should call to rearrange delivery. They will attempt delivery three times, and if still unsuccessful the third time they will send the parcel back to us. If you require a special request for your delivery you can contact the courier on the number they provide and you can arrange the delivery options that best suit your needs, you may even request to leave your parcel with the neighbour.

After each failed attempt you will also receive an email from the courier updating you on the status of your delivery. We will also attempt to contact you to rearrange delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your parcel has left our warehouse we will send an order dispatch email confirming your parcel is on its way with a unique tracking number so you can see its progress at any time.
