I am a bit of a fitness bunny and enjoy working out where ever I go. I went on vacation with my husband and was still able to work out thanks to the Resistance Bands Kit. I could easily store the bands in my luggage and used them in our hotel most mornings before we started our activities for the day. I have even advanced to the Blue elastic.

I have used the Resistance Bands Kit for a couple of weeks now and I really love it. You can really feel the burn depending on what band you are using with different exercises. I would recommend this product.
