It’s called the EZ8 because it revolves around 8 core (but easy) exercises. Each exercise has variations as to how you perform it, so you really can target your whole body. The Ultraflex offers you a completely new form of resistance training. It is a bendy band, or rod, that can be manoeuvred into a variety of positions to perform over 150 different targeted muscle exercises to increase your muscle mass, help you lose weight, and tone and define your body. You can use the Ultraflex resistance band standing up, kneeling down, or in a seated position, making it the ideal piece of home exercise equipment for all ages and abilities.
The Ultraflex is available in a 50 inch long band for women, which has a lower resistance compared to the 56 inch band, which has been designed for men. So, the 50 inch Ultraflex allows you to do more repetitions to tone your body and burn fat. The 56 inch Ultraflex has a heavier resistance so that you will do fewer reps, but are lifting a heavier weight to build up muscle.
The Ultraflex resistance band utilises Target Perfect Resistance, which means that you can easily choose the intensity level of your workout. The different levels are clearly labelled 1-3 on the Ultraflex handle for easy use, and you simply move your hands closer together to increase the resistance and really work your muscles. This means that the Ultraflex can be used if you’re new to weight training, or if you are a more advanced fitness fanatic. Additionally, you can continue to use the Ultraflex even if your fitness and stamina increases, as it will still offer you a challenging work out.
The Ultraflex comes with a handy guide and instructional DVD that shows you how to target the different muscle groups. The guide also recommends how often you should use the Ultraflex to reach your desired results and how many repetitions you should do, depending on whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced when it comes to muscle training.
